Territory Acknowledgment
API-Enfance acknowledges that its head office in Quebec City is built on a land located in the ancestral territories of the Wendat people, the Innu people and the Abenaki people.
In the spirit of respecting the links forged with the past, the present and the future, we acknowledge the current relationships we have with Indigenous People, with whom we are privileged to pursue our mission of preventing and reducing developmental delays in children. We are committed to building respectful partnerships with all the Indigenous People in the country as we engage on a path of collective healing and true reconciliation, honouring these magnificent lands together.
This territory acknowledgment has been written in collaboration with the Centre d’amitié autochtone de Québec, and we express our deep gratitude for their generosity and collaboration.
