By agreeing to use the Web Application, you acknowledge that when your User Account is created by the Licensee (referring establishment), your Personal Data will be collected and used in accordance with API-Enfance’s Privacy Policy . More specifically, but without limiting the scope of the Privacy Policy, your Personal Data listed below have been transmitted to API-Enfance: your first and last name, your email address, and your choice of language among those available. When you use the Web Application in the future, you will also be able to provide us with your telephone number (optional).

By agreeing to use the Web Application, you explicitly consent to the automatic collection by API-Enfance of the Personal Data listed below for each of your connections: IP address, date and time of visit, clicks and interactions on the various pages. Your consent is contractual and/or regulatory in nature. If you refuse to use the Web Application, none of your Personal Data collected during the creation of your User Account will be retained, and your User Account will be permanently deleted. If you refuse to provide us with your Personal Data, you will not be able to use the Web Application.

In particular, we need your explicit consent to process your Personal Data in order to :

• deposit Cookies on your terminal to manage, improve and ensure a good experience on the Web Application,
• process your requests for technical support on the Web Application,
• detect and prevent fraud and other crimes, and manage risk on the Web Application,
• inform you of program modifications (if any),
• carry out occasional clinical efficacy and/or program implementation evaluation studies, in partnership with the Licensee (in which case your Personal Data will be anonymized).

By agreeing to use the Web Application, you authorize API-Enfance to use your Personal Data in Canada and in any country in which we may operate in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Should we wish to use your Personal Data for any other purpose, we will contact you at your email address to obtain your consent.
