Blooming Words is supported by CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale, which sees it as a benefit for children and families. Starting in the fall of 2020, the program prototype was tested with clients served by youth protection services. CIUSSS-CN has thus committed to supporting the development and validation stages of the tool, and has integrated it into its service offering in all its territories as of fall 2022.

Desjardins has created a $250 million fund to invest in communities and support projects that have the potential to transform our society: the Fonds du Grand Mouvement. The goal of this fund is to support projects that address community priorities such as education, employment, economic vitality and the environment between now and 2014. To date, over 700 projects (including Blooming Words) have been supported thanks to this fund.

Blooming Words has been developed with the financial support of Quebec City's Entrepreneurial Vision 2026. Focusing on entrepreneurship, innovation, growth, financing and support, the Québec 2026 Entrepreneurial Vision aims to make Québec City the entrepreneurial capital of the country. It brings together financial assistance programs and measures to help businesses grow. The Vision is backed by more than $134.7 million in funding from the Québec government. The City of Québec, the Capitale-Nationale Administration and Québec International are key partners in promoting the Vision.

Community Foundations of Canada is pleased to provideHealthy Communities Initiative funding to API-Enfance. The Initiative is a program established by the Government of Canada to fund innovative, local, community-led projects that make public spaces safer, improve mobility options and/or provide virtual or digital solutions to meet changing community needs resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic.
